There have been and are still a lot of issues with people who have bought in Spain whether it be business, holidays or living full time.

I must say at this point that many people have found the dream and are really making a go of it, Spain has a lot to offer.

On the other side it can be a different story!

Yes it's tough to live comfortably at the moment but so is every other country in the world, at least in Spain we have the sun and it's onlky a couple of hours or so from the UK, which makes it all more bearable!

Let's face it Spain does have the weather, it's cheaper and it's simplly a better quality way of life.

However it's an unfortunate fact that some people just get tied up with the whole dream of moving over here and they blank out the reality!

On the other hand we have the people who did their research and checked out the the whole caboodle (is that how you spell it) and for one reason or another they just happened to get involved with the wrong sort.......the sort that don't have your interest at heart.

But it's a sad state of affairs when you hear numerous stories of a chap that bought a lovely house in a bar in Benidorm for a bargain price and didn't bother to check out the paperwork because the guy he bought it off was a NICE CHAP! Well... would C'mon you do that in the UK?

It may seem rediculous to you and me but this does actually happen, all the time..... it's easy to get wrapped up in the dream!

Well, what we want to do here is to bring the GENUINE cases to light, we want to hear about your experiences etc. and publish it here on the website.

So many people have a genuine grudge to bear with the Spanish authorities and we can offer you another powerful outlet for no cost...!

We cannot guarantee you front page in the "SUN" or the "Sur" or whatever but what we will do is convey your plight to the media and at least give you the coverage on the AIS website for other people to see.
