While our main focus is on bargain properties that are available in Spain at times we are informed from our colleagues of great deals in other countries, we have decided that some of these are just too good to pass.

For example, at present there are some excellent deals in Cyprus where a buyer is able to take over an existing mortgage on a property and there is no large deposit payable and no credit checks.

In essence for a one off  fee 5000 + vat you can have the mortgage signed over to you and either move in yourself, rent it out or sell it.
