Auctions in Spain was established after discovering that properties earmarked for auction especially from the Government departments rarely came to the attention of the general public and were generally 'closed shop affairs'.

We fully investigated the Spanish auction property scene, doors were closed in our faces, but eventually with perseverance we discovered lots of otherwise unobtainable information along the way.

AIS established the first member’s database of Government property auctions in the English language, since then auction venues have generally become public knowledge and demand for our database services dwindled, so it was decided to freely share our knowledge and contacts with the public.

In the process we have also acquired a wealth of information on other types of Spanish auction houses and web sites so we decided to list these also.
